HOW TO SHOP

Shopping online with Bagtv. is simple and secure.
To make a purchase follow these easy steps:

.  Select an item by clicking on a category heading on the navigation bar and adding items to your shopping basket
.  You can keep an eye on the total number of items in your basket as it is constantly on your screen.
.  When you have finished shopping go to 'CHECKOUT'
.  To delete an item from your basket click on the 'DELETE' button
.  To resume shopping after viewing your basket, click the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button. Be aware that an item in your basket    can still be purchased by another customer
.  Proceed to the checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product colour

Every effort has been made to show colours accurately. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction and varying computer platforms we cannot guarantee actual colour representations.

We endeavor to keep all colour types and fabrics of bagtv in stock, however this is not always possible due to excessive demand of particular items.

If you find that an item is out of stock, please contact us and we will endeavor to let you know when it will be re-stocked.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, American Express and JCB cards


All prices in UK Pounds Sterling include VAT. Prices in other currencies are approximate. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

The following table shows our delivery costs irrespective of the size and weight of order:

Items will be dispatched within 3 working days. Bagtv insures each purchase during the time it is in transit and delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for goods delivered at which point responsibility passes to you.

PRICING TAX AND DUTY

Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labeling attached. Please note we will not accept returned items, if there is any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Refunds are made within 30 days and credited to the card used to make the purchase. This includes sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excludes delivery charges, duty for non-EC territories. (where applicable) and recovery costs. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes are excluded on shipments outside the European Community (EU).

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

Amending your order

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Submit Order' on the Payment Page of our ordering process.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend/change orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you will be required to cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct details. You may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order).

Cancellation Rights

You have a right to cancel an order within 7 working days, from date of order, in which to cancel your order. Cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing.

In an event that your order has been despatched, you must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We recommend that all goods returned to us are sent by insured delivery. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges. No refund or replacement of any payments made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they are back in our possession.

PRIVACY

Bagtv. respect your personal information and undertake to comply with applicable Data Protection Legislation. We will not pass your details to anyone else without your permission.

All payments are processed by HSBC. bagtv. do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Bagtv. uses Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us.

We offer secure on-line transactions, which means, you can shop at home, in the office or at cybercafe. In order to shop securely on line using the Netscape Secure Server, you will need to use Netscape 3.0 and above or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 which both support SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
